Tuition + Fees
Tuition fees are based on your registration each semester; additional mandatory fees (ie. Upass, student union, studio fees) will be automatically included in your total. After your registration is complete you can view your fees in myEC: Current Students→ View Account→ log in to Student Finance with myEC login info. Detailed information about tuition and fees can be found on our website.
Deadline for payment of tuition is September 20th, 2019.
Emily Carr students can make payments via online banking, telephone banking, or in-person at the Financial Services Office room D2401. Find details here.

StudentAidBC is a need‑based assistance program that combines federal and provincial funds for Canadian students. The amount of assistance that students are eligible for is based upon their financial situation and sometimes that of their family.
Students from other Canadian Provinces
For Canadian students who have not fulfilled BC residency requirements, but who wish to apply for student loans, please contact your appropriate home province for information.
Students who are studying part-time in a degree program may be eligible to apply for the federal part-time loan program, along with specified grants, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
American citizens are eligible to apply for the following types of Stafford Loan funding through the Direct Loan Program: Subsidized Stafford Loans, Unsubsidized Stafford Loans, PLUS Loans and PLUS Graduate Loans.
